Organization of development teams, projects and software production processes

Help to organize the processes of project management and software production, from requirements, to testing and release management, will help to select a team, assess the state of affairs, organize or unravel a difficult situation. Will conduct a presale for you, organize or participate a tender with you.

Business analysis and systems design

Will conduct a business analysis of your idea, collect requirements and design the functionality of the system, test hypotheses. Will prepare a business plan, calculate and present the necessary mathematics: Count of statistical significance of conclusions, financial model and project budget.

  • Managing of SAP division (70 employees).
  • Ensuring quality and continuity of SAP S4hana services (FICO, FM, RE, SD/MM, PS, PM, PP, TM, EWM, QM, BW, BPC).
  • Functionality development.
  • Development of the Companys corporate strategy in its subject area.
  • Achievements:
    • The division's business processes were reorganized, the system was stabilized, and the share of functionality development tasks was increased from 20% to 50%.
    • The three-year SAP development strategy was developed and defended at the board of directors; 7 programs of functionality development projects were organized and launched.
    • The system has been successfully transferred to alternative support due to SAP's refusal to support the Russian market.
    • The PP and PM modules have been restarted, and the overall maturity of the system has been increased.
    • Financial relations with SAP have been settled, and direct savings of 300 million rubles have been achieved.
